This cookbook is a really nice hardback book with lovely color pictures. The recipes are easy to follow with ingredients that are easy to find in our local grocery store. Each recipe includes a section that explains the dish/recipe and ideas on how the chief used this dish. I really like the tips and techniques section and found many of them very useful.
